Pipe reels for drainage
Our pipe reels make pipe handling and feeding easier during tile drainage with the DZ 16. They are robust, user-friendly, and provide stable performance during long working days. Depending on your machine setup and operational needs, we offer both a front-mounted dual pipe reel and a single pipe reel for direct mounting on the plow.
Dual Pipe Reel on Three-Point Hitch with Front Weight
You can lower each pipe reel individually using the valve package, which is safely and conveniently positioned out by the reels. Next to the valve package, there is a flow control valve for precise and safe adjustment.
A front weight is included, and together with the pipe reels the unit weighs approximately 1,100 kg. This provides both front ballast and pipe reels in a single, integrated solution.
Each reel has an easy-to-adjust brake. Sturdy support legs make it easy to park the unit when the job is done.
Front pipe guiding is included and can easily be moved between the left and right reel on the front weight. Rear pipe guiding on the plow is also included to help guide the pipe back to the pipe boot.
Single Pipe Reel Mounted Directly on the Plow
You bolt the pipe reel directly to the plow frame for stable and secure mounting. You can mount it on either side of the plow, which means it suits all machine setups and user requirements.
It has a flow control valve for safe and precise adjustment during raising and lowering.
Rear-mounted pipe guidance is included and helps guide the pipe into the pipe chute in a controlled manner.
Requires a double-acting hydraulic outlet on the tractor.
The pipe reel is also compatible with Soil-Max plows.
